Establishment of a Sales Company in Germany

We announce that our subsidiary, Advanex Europe Ltd. (AEU) established its subsidiary in Duisburg Düsseldorf, Germany. Advanex Inc. established AEU in Notinghamshire, UK in 1988 and it started the manufacturing and sale of precision springs mainly to the domestic market. However, in the automotive market, which is one of our main targets, many automotive companies and part manufactures have sites on the European continent. Considering this situation, we decided to establish a new subsidiary in Germany as our sales company for the European continent. Düsseldorf is an area, where a lot of European and American automakers and automobile part manufacturers are based; so we expect that we will have more business opportunities with the establishment of this new operation.
