ADTEC Engineering Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based manufacturer of exposure equipment and inspection equipment. The Equipment Sales segment provides exposure equipment and inspection equipment and related solutions for printed wired board (PWB) manufacturers, flat panel display (FPD) manufacturers, semiconductor package manufacturers and others, solving problems in the process of their production. This segment also sells precision metal molds used for laser printer and digital color copier components manufacturing, ultraviolet lamps for automatic exposure equipment and automatic molding equipment, among others. The Product Sales Agency segment is engaged in the import and reselling of powder pressing equipment. On January 1, 2014, it acquired the design, sales and maintenance related business for straight-writing exposure equipment for printed wiring board from FUJIFILM Corporation. On July 29, 2014, it delisted from Tokyo Stock Exchange and JASDAQ market.
