The transaction is expected to close on February 9, 2023. Acquirers have appointed Kunvarji Finstock Private Limited as the Manager to the Offer.

The Acquirers have appointed M/s. Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd. as the Registrar to the Offer.
