1881 Group AS signed an agreement to acquire Tjenestetorget AS from ABBH AS for approximately NOK 130 million.

Abbh AS, formerly Asker Og Baerums Budstikke Holding As is a Norway-based holding company. ABBH AS is the owner company of the 100% owned subsidiaries Tjenestetorget AS, Tjenestetorget Finans AS, B17 Media AS and Billingstadsletta 17 AS. Tjenestetorget AS is a financial advisor, Tjenestetorget Finans AS is a loans agent, B17 Media AS is a communication office and Billingstadsletta 17 AS is a single purpose real estate company that owns and leases commercial space. The group originates from the newspaper Asker and Bærums Budstikke which were part of the group until 25.3.2021 when ABBH AS sold 100% of its shares to Amedia Lokal AS.
