Tomasz Bator Spolka Z Ograniczona Odpowiedzialnoscia concluded an agreement to acquire 20% stake in Supremo Sp. z o.o. from A.P.N. Promise S.A. (WSE:PRO) for PLN 0.17 million on November 20, 2019. Under the terms of the deal, APN Promise S.A. will sell 25 shares, representing 20% stake in Supremo Sp. z o.o. The consideration will be paid by Tomasz Bator by bank transfer within 7 days from the date of the agreement.
