CONFLICT MINERALS POLICY

Adopted April 17, 2024

908 Devices' core values and culture reflect a commitment to ethical business practices, good corporate citizenship, and compliance with the law wherever we operate in the world.

The ongoing conflict and extreme violence in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and adjoining countries (the "DRC Region") are fueled in part from trade in "conflict minerals," which include tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold or any of their derivatives (collectively, the "3TGs" or "Conflict Minerals"). In an effort to eventually eliminate the funding of the armed groups responsible for this violence in the DRC Region, Section 1502 of the Dodd- Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the "Dodd-Frank Act") and implementing rules adopted by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") require all U.S. public companies to determine whether the commercial products they manufacture contain Conflict Minerals necessary to the functionality or production of those products and to attempt to determine the source of such Conflict Minerals.

The intent of the legislation is to provide transparency along the supply chain, to eliminate the use of 3TGs that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the DRC Region, and to encourage companies to make responsible sourcing decisions. 908 Devices is committed to complying with our obligations with respect to Conflict Minerals under the Dodd-Frank Act and the rules and regulations of the SEC.

Accordingly, 908 Devices requires suppliers of materials and components for our products to complete a survey relating to the presence and origin of 3TGs in their materials and components. Suppliers are expected to ensure that all materials and components supplied to 908 Devices originated from certified conflict-free smelters validated as such by an independent third party.

908 Devices supports the aims and objectives of the Dodd-Frank Act and the rules and regulations of the SEC with respect to the supply of Conflict Minerals. We are committed to ensuring that our suppliers use materials that are sourced from socially responsible suppliers.
