(Alliance News) - The board of directors of Centrale del Latte d'Italia Spa on Tuesday approved the results as of June 30, a period in which the company reported revenues of EUR169.8 million compared to EUR145.0 million in 2022, an increase of 17 percent, "thanks to the ability to acquire new customers in the Dairy segment and an increase in the average selling price as a result of strong inflation that also characterized the first six months of the year," as the company explained in a note.

Ebitda for the first half stood at EUR15.6 million, compared to EUR11.9 million as of June 30, 2022, and with an Ebitda margin of 9.2 percent, up from the 8.2 percent reported in the first half of 2022.

EBIT as of June 30 was EUR7.3 million, up from EUR3.8 million in 2022 and up 90 percent.

As a result of this significant performance, the company records a net profit after tax of EUR3.6 million in the first half, compared to EUR2.3 million as of June 30, 2022.

CLI's Net Financial Position improves by EUR14 million, from minus EUR58.7 million as of December 31, 2022 to minus EUR44.7 million as of June 30.

Centrale del Latte d'Italia trades in the green by 7.3 percent at EUR2.64 per share.
