MOSCOW, Oct 9 (Reuters) - Three tankers were docked in the Russian Baltic port of Primorsk for diesel loading, while one tanker has already received a diesel cargo and left the port on Monday morning, LSEG data showed, after Russia had lifted much of the fuel export ban.

All four vessels had been chartered for loading diesel in September and were waiting for loadings off shore since the export ban was introduced on Sept. 21.
