Thomas Needle

Thomas Needle is a Vice President for 50 South Capital, supporting both the Hedge Fund Group and Private Equity Group.
Prior to joining 50 South Capital, Thomas was a Senior Analyst at Vanguard Group, where he was responsible for overseeing pricing, valuations and fund launches for exchange-traded funds.
He headed technology teams and IT initiatives while coordinating communication with multiple external fund administrators.
Education & Associations Thomas is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and is an active member in the Asian Leadership and Latin Heritage Leadership councils at Northern Trust.
Thomas earned his B.S.
in Accounting from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Interests Thomas was born in New York but grew up in Colorado.
As a former Coloradoan, Thomas is an avid fan of the Denver Broncos and Denver Nuggets sports teams and enjoys attending games when on vacation.
Hiking and learning foreign languages are passions outside of work.
He most enjoys exploring new cultures and cuisines and will always accept restaurant suggestions.
