Majid Al Futtaim Trust LLC (MAFT) is the investment advisory subsidiary of Majid Al Futtaim Holding LLC in the United Arab Emirates, which operates through real estate, retail, ventures, and the Majid Al Futtaim Trust. Established in 1992, MAFT is a Dubai-based family office which manages the financial investments of Majid Al Futtaim, owner of Majid Al Futtaim Group. In 2010, MAF Holding entered into an agreement with Majid Al Futtaim Trust LLC, a company under common control with MAF Holding, to dispose of its wholly-owned subsidiary Majid Al Futtaim Asset Management Holdings LLC (MAFAM).

Majid Al Futtaim Asset Management (MAF-AM) is the asset management subsidiary of Majid Al Futtaim Holding LLC in the United Arab Emirates, established in 1992 by Majid Al Futtaim. MAF-AM was created in 2009 from the portfolio management team which managed the investments of the Majid Al Futtaim family office. The firm is based in Dubai and provides fund management services to institutional and professional investors.
