Mr. Pettit joined Salix in June 2005 and works in the San Francisco, CA office.
Prior to joining Salix, he worked in the health care equity research group of Avondale Partners and provided research coverage of companies in the hospital, ambulatory surgery center, behavioral health, and disease management sectors.
Prior to joining Avondale, he worked in the equity research group at Morgan Keegan.
He began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he spent two years in the external audit division.
Mr. Pettit received a BS and MACC in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and is a Certified Public Accountant.
