Mr. Russell Fong is Acting Chief Financial Officer at The California Public Employees Retirement System.
He oversees CalPERS major financial processes including budgeting, accounting, cash management, financial planning and analysis.
He also provides leadership over enterprise risk management which includes enterprise compliance, enterprise privacy and protection, business continuity, disaster recovery and enterprise risk intelligence.
