Roy C. King

As well as working with Willis Stein, Mr. King is also currently a Rockefeller & Company Managing Director and President and Chief Executive Officer of Rockit Solutions, LLC, a Rockefeller Company.
Rockit provides comprehensive and integrated information management services to Family Offices, Ultra High Net Worth, Wealth Advisory and Investment Management markets.
Prior to joining Rockefeller & Co., he was President and COO of Gevity HR, Inc, a human resource company that serves small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States with a comprehensive portfolio of HR solutions and services, including operating as the HR department for many of its 8,600 customers.
Prior to Gevity HR, he was the CEO of Security Source, Inc, a private company backed by TCV and Ascent Ventures, providing security software and solutions to the US retail industry.
He sold this business to Checkpoint in April, 2005.
Prior to Security Source, he was the Chairman and CEO of Mercator Software, a publicly traded global Enterprise Application Integration company.
After nearly three years in this role, MCTR was sold to Ascential Software in late 2003 and is now part of IBM's portfolio.
Prior to these C-level roles for public and private companies, Roy worked for IBM for eight years.
His last position was General Manager of Business Integration Services for Europe, Middle East and Africa.Prior to IBM, he was a partner in consulting for 11 years with Booz Allen & Hamilton and KPMG.
In his consulting career, he provided clients with strategic programs to improve their business performance through operations and technology initiatives.
He earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School in 1982 and his Industrial Engineering degree from Iowa State University in 1976.
