Mr. Minke began his career in 1980 as a securities analyst for Transamerica Investment Services in San Francisco.
In 1983 he joined Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company as an Investment Analyst and was promoted to Portfolio Manager in 1986.
In 1993 he became Vice President and Portfolio Manager at PIMCO Advisors Institutional Services.
Mr. Minke joined RNC Genter Capital Management in 1998 and is a member of both the Investment Policy Committee and Equity Strategy Group.
