Ang is currently an Independent Director at Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. Additionally, he is the Vice President-Administration & Professor at the University of Ateneo de Manila and the Dean & Associate Professor at Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Ang completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Ateneo de Manila in 1983.
He also holds a doctorate degree from the University of the Philippines and an MBA from the Wallace E Carroll School of Management, which he obtained in 1988.
