Richard J. Ragoza

Mr. Ragoza joined BBH in 1987 after starting his career with Mellon Bank.
At BBH, he was initially a member of the Special Group that provided both banking and corporate financial advisory services to middle market companies.
In 1992 he became team leader of a trade finance unit and later returned to manage the Special Group in 1994.
In 1996 he was appointed Chief Credit Officer and a member of the firm's Credit Committee.
Mr. Ragoza graduated from Lehigh University in 1983 with a BS in Accounting and Finance and from Columbia Business School in 1987 with an MBA in Finance.
Mr. Ragoza has been a board observer for several of the Fund's portfolio companies, including Keystone Ranger Holdings Inc., Aetea Information Technology Inc., MCMC llc, Ellery Homestyles LLC, and Durcon Laboratory Tops, Inc.
