Prior to joining Mitsubishi, Ms. Luo was a Vice President of Mergers, Acquisitions and Strategic Transactions at the Walden Group and a Senior Analyst of Investment Banking at Warner Technology & Investment Corp.
Ms. Luo graduated from the University of International Business and Economic in Beijing and obtained her MBA from Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
