Mr. Peter Sidlo is a Member of the Management Board at SIGMA Investment AG.
Since November 2011, he has been a member of the SIGMA team.
He is responsible for corporate finance, M&A and the support of institutional clients.
Since January 2014 he has been a Member of the Management Board of SIGMA.
He gained his first practical capital market experience in the securities department of the Austrian Financial Market Authority, for which he worked for nearly six years.
In 2006, he transferred to conwert Immobilien Invest SE, a listed property group, where he was the head of the capital market and corporate communications departments.
Mr. Sidlo holds a law degree from the University of Vienna.
In addition, he studied economics and finance with a focus on capital market law and international finance law.
