Pavitra joined RTP Global as the Director for Portfolio Development.
She brings over 14 years of operating experience in launching and scaling businesses, P&L management, customer acquisition & retention, and product-led growth; to help founders in the portfolio.
Prior to joining the firm, Pavitra worked with the Tata group as part of the TAS program.
Here, she launched TCS’ first ed-tech product and led buying & merchandising for Helios at Titan.
She has also led several businesses at Flipkart and headed the competitive intelligence suite of products for Walmart’s US eCommerce.
Beyond work, she is a yoga enthusiast and likes to discover new cultures via travel.
