Mohomed Bashir

Mohomed Bashir is the founder of Pakistan Business Council and Fellowship Fund for Pakistan.
He is currently the Chairman of Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Ltd.
and a Non-Executive Director at Habib Metropolitan Bank Ltd.
He also holds director positions at Gul Ahmed Energy Ltd., International Cotton Association Ltd., Gul Ahmed Wind Power Ltd., Gul Ahmed International Ltd.
(FZC), G T M (EUROPE) LTD, Gul Ahmed Holdings Pvt Ltd., Habib University Foundation, GTM USA Corp., Education Fund for Sindh, Ideas Pvt Ltd., Gul Ahmed Power Co. Pvt Ltd., Gul Ahmed Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd., and is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, National Export Development Board, Pakistan German Business Forum, The Pakistan France Business Alliance, Pakistan Sweden Business Council, Ministry of Commerce, and Pakistan-China Business & Investment Forum.
In the past, he served as the Chairman of Pakistan Business Council, All Pakistan Textile Mills Association, and President & Director of International Textile Manufacturers Federation.
He was also a Member of the Government of Pakistan, serving on the Export Promotion Board, Economic Advisory Council, and Tax Reform Commission.
Additionally, he was a Member of the Tax Advisory Council at the Federal Board of Revenue and the National Strategy at the Pakistan Ministry of Textile Industry.
He also served as a Member of the Governance Board at Pakistan Design Institute and the Federal Tax Ombudsman.
