Michael Miller

Mr. Michael D.
Miller is a Chief Executive Officer at PGIM DC Solutions LLC.
He is responsible for leadership, strategic direction, distribution, investment and retirement research and investment products for DC Solutions.
Prior to joining PGIM, Mr. Miller was Head of Retirement for J.P.
Morgan Asset Management.
In this role, he was responsible for the workplace retirement businesses including the investment only and small and mid-market record keeping platforms.
These responsibilities included leading the government and regulatory affairs, strategic partnerships, record keeping products, retirement income solutions and the client teams as they work with plan sponsors, advisors and consultants within the Retirement Plan space.
He was also responsible for Asset Management’s strategic relationships with record keepers and retirement distributors.
During his tenure at J.P.
Morgan, Mr. Miller was the chair for the J.P.
Morgan Asset Management Defined Contribution Operating Committee and served on the J.P.
Morgan Asset Management Americas Executive Operating Committee and Product Steering Committee.
He received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University College of Law.
