Profile

Prior to joining AHVP, Mr. Klebanoff spent three years with RealNetworks, first as the company's CFO and then as vice president of business development.
He was instrumental in the company's early capital raising efforts culminating in its 1997 IPO.
Mr. Klebanoff also managed the extremely rapid growth of RealNetworks' operations, including human resources, facilities, information systems, customer service and technical support.
Mr. Klebanoff is currently taking a leave of absence to serve as Chief Financial Officer at AccessLine, an AHVP portfolio company.
While at RealNetworks, Mr. Klebanoff reviewed numerous acquisition and investment opportunities across the streaming media industry and completed several transactions, including the acquisitions of Vivo and Xing.
Previously, he was vice president of Industrial Systems, a client-server industrial process application developer.
He oversaw all aspects of finance and operations while growing revenues from $2m to $12m and orchestrating a successful sale of the company to Aspen Technology in 1995.
Mr. Klebanoff has a B.A.
from Yale University and an M.B.A.
from the Yale School of Management.
