Bantleon Invest AG is the German asset management subsidiary of Bantleon AG in Switzerland. The firm was founded in 1999 and formerly known as NORD/LB Asset Management and AG Warburg Invest AG. Headquartered in Hannover, Bantleon Invest provides asset management and fund administration services to German institutional investors and distribution partners.

NORD/LB Capital Management GmbH is the investment management branch and a wholly-owned subsidiary of NORD/LB Asset Management Holding GmbH, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the NORD/LB group, controlled by Deutscher Sparkassen- und Giroverband eV. Previously known as NORDCON Investment Management AG, NORD/LB Capital was established in 1999 and is based in Hannover. Their clients are primarily medium-sized and large institutions including insurance companies, savings banks (particularly Spakassen), businesses, pension funds, religious and philanthropic organizations, workers' unions and statutory social security providers. The firm operates is close cooperation with their fellow subsidiary NORD/LB KAG, which provides fund aministration services.
