Adams is Partner at Foley & Lardner LLP (Venture Capital).
His practice is concentrated in complex commercial litigation with particular emphasis on contract, construction, and real estate disputes.
Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Adams was a shareholder with Rogers Towers, P.A.
He served as a member of the board of governors of the Florida Bar (1996-1998); past president of the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar of Governors (1993-1998); co-chair of the Fourth Judicial Circuit Professionalism Committee (1998-2004); past chair and member of The Florida Bar Lawyer Referral Service Committee (1997-2004); past chair of the Fourth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee 4(D) (1992-1995; 2001-2004); board of governors of the Jacksonville Bar Association (1998-2001); barrister of the Chester Bedell Inn of Court; and a member of the Florida Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism (1996-2000).
Mr. Adams received his law degree (J.D., 1983) and his bachelor's degree (B.A., 1980) from the University of Florida.
He was selected for inclusion in the 2006-2010 Florida Super Lawyers lists in the construction litigation category and in The Best Lawyers in America® in 2006, 2009, and 2010 for construction law.
In 2008 and 2010, he was named one of Florida's Legal Elite published by Florida Trend magazine.
