Previous to joining Argon in 2009, Mr. Leondis served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Angiotech Interventional, a subsidiary of Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which manufactured and marketed vascular and non-vascular devices for use in Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology and Vascular Surgery.
In his years leading that business, he was responsible for the development and execution of its corporate strategy, guiding it to become a leading player in its market segments.Mr. Leondis has held various management and commercial roles at companies including St. Jude Medical, Orascoptic Research and Medical Device Technologies, Inc., where he was promoted through various positions of increased responsibility.
