Kate Rodriguez

Kate Rodriguez has been an Executive Partner with HCI since 2021 and advises on human capital, talent acquisition and D&I initiatives throughout the HCI portfolio.
She has spent more than 20 years in talent attraction roles in retained executive search as well as in-house recruiting leadership roles.
Ms. Rodriguez is currently a Senior Global Executive Recruiter at Cognizant where, in partnership with their senior business leaders, she provides comprehensive in-house executive search services addressing Cognizant’s most critical executive leadership (VP+) hiring needs.
Prior to joining Cognizant, she spent the previous eight years in foundational roles building executive search practices for the HR think tank i4cp and as a partner at Hanold Associates.
She developed her talent acquisition career over a long tenure at GE, where she held progressive roles leading talent acquisition capability covering a third of GE’s U.S.
business, including a team of fifty recruiters supporting five businesses.
She earned a Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Capital Hawaii.
Before joining GE, Ms. Rodriguez served as a United States Army officer serving as a Platoon Leader and Company Executive Officer in the 3rd Signal Brigade at Fort Hood, Texas.
She graduated from the U.S.
Military Academy at West Point where she played Division I tennis.
