Jenny Dakoske
Private Equity Investor at Charter Private Capital Management, Inc.
Profile
Jenny’s professional background has centered on assisting privately held companies, private equity firms, family offices and ESOPs with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and growth financings.
As a Charter team member, she brings her private equity experience and relationships to the firm’s growing middle market transaction advisory and investment banking practice.
Prior to joining Charter Capital Partners, Jenny served as Senior Vice President with Huntington National Bank in its National Sponsor Finance Group, focused on borrowers with $3 million to $50 million of EBITDA.
Her solutions-focused practice provided leveraged transactions to middle market manufacturing, distribution, and service companies on a national basis.
She began her career in Chicago and spent 13 years there in various finance leadership roles – primarily at CIBC Bank and its predecessor banks – with a focus on business development for traditional C&I and Private Equity Leverage Lending transactions.
Jenny currently serves on the Board of the World Affairs Council of Western Michigan and is an active member of ACG Western Michigan and the Economic Club of Grand Rapids.
While in Chicago, Jenny served as board member and event chair for Reading In Motion and served for multiple years as a junior board member for The Children’s Place Association.
Jenny resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with her husband and their three children.
In her free time not filled with kids’ activities and family gatherings, she enjoys spending time as a family on Torch Lake in the summer and skiing during the snowy months.
