Mr. Hearne began his career as a Communications and Intelligence Analyst at US Department of the Air Force in 1978.
He has over 25 years of systems engineering experience in the command, control, communications, and intelligence (C3I) environment.
Mr. Hearne received a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland in 1987.
