Chi Wang Lau is the founder and currently holds the position of Chairman at Ri Ying Holdings Ltd., which was founded in 1989.

Dr. Lau's education includes a graduate degree from The University of Manchester in 1972, a graduate degree from the University of Hong Kong in 1999, a doctorate degree from the University of London in 1977, an undergraduate degree from the University of London in 1985, a graduate degree from the University of London in 1994, and an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1982.
