Charlie Hill-Wood

Mr. Charlie Hill-Wood is a Senior Analyst at Oberweis Asset Management, Inc. He joined the firm in October 2017 on the International Opportunities investment team.
Prior to joining Oberweis, he was a Director at Lincolnshire Management, Inc., a leading mid-market private equity firm, where he worked for six years.
Mr. Hill-Wood was responsible for leading the analysis, diligence and financing for prospective investments across a range of industries.
Additionally, he was accountable for improving portfolio company operations and financial performance.
He has worked in the financial industry since 1999 when he started his career at Merrill Lynch in London, covering corporate finance, M&A and capital markets execution for five years.
Mr. Hill-Wood subsequently worked for a sovereign wealth fund entity in the Middle East and managed a boutique advisory firm, providing valuation and regulatory advice to companies listed in the UK.
He received his BA and MA degree from the University of Oxford and an MBA from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa.
