The Voxtra Foundation empowers disadvantaged people to lift themselves out of poverty. It engages in several grant-funded programs, focusing on social enterprises that had collected solid evidence on the effectiveness of their approach, reached a certain scale (annual expenditures), built high-quality systems for financial management and impact monitoring, attracted highly skilled managers and built a track-record of good cooperation with all relevant stakeholders. The firm invests in companies linked to improving the livelihoods of smallholder farmers. The company was founded by Pål Dale in 2008 and is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

Sector Omega AS is the investment management subsidiary of Sector Asset Management AS in Norway. Established in 1999, the firm is located in Oslo and manages the Ucits long-only fund Sector Global Equity Kernel, the hedge fund Sector Maritime Investments and a number of closed-end private equity products.
