Astini Bernawati Oudang

Astini Bernawati Oudang is currently working as an Investment Director at PT Red Planet Indonesia Tbk since 2021.
She is also an Executive Director at PT Basis Utama Prima since 2018.
In the past, she worked as a Director at PT Pelayaran Intilintas Tirtha Nusantara starting from 1997.
Ms. Oudang was also a Member of the Indonesian National Shipowners' Association and SKK Migas.
She served as a Commissioner at PT Sapta Krida Kita from 1995 to 1998.
Additionally, she held the position of Commissioner at PT Arrayan Nusantara Development starting from 2020.
Ms. Oudang's future position will be President Commissioner at PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk starting in 2023.
She previously worked as an Associate at PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk.
She also worked as an Associate at PT Booz Allen Hamilton Indonesia from 2000 to 2004.
Furthermore, she served as a Commissioner at PT Sriyaniasti from 1996 to 2010.
Ms. Oudang completed her graduate degree from Stanford University in 1996.
She obtained her undergraduate degree from Boston University in 1994.
She also holds an MBA from Georgetown University, which she received in 2000.
