Anil Kohli

Anil joined 3i in 2007 and is the Partner responsible for 3i's Banking & Risk Team within the Private Equity division.
Anil and his team have worked on comprehensive transactions across 3i’s international platform including Scandlines, Mayborn, Norma, Xellia, Civica, Memora, Refresco, Action, Hilite, Amor, GEKA, Christ, WP, ATESTEO, Havea, Luqom, Formel D, Evernex, MPM and xSuite.
In addition to the Debt Capital Markets activities of the team, Anil sits on the Partner Review Panel and also acts as a Second Partner on new transactions evaluated by 3i Private Equity.
Anil has over 27 years of experience, having started at Lloyds Bank Corporate Banking in 1995.
Anil subsequently worked for Dresdner Kleinwort from 1999, where he held various positions in Credit Risk Management, Structured Finance and Corporate Finance & Advisory, completing landmark transactions across a wide range of geographies, sectors and financing structures.
Anil studied at Sussex University and holds a BA in Economics.
He is an Associate Member of Corporate Treasurers.
