Mr. Alan Gulachenski is Vice President-Storage Product Development at SMART Modular Technologies.
He joined American Capital in March 2011.
Prior to joining ACAS, he held the position of Vice President and General Manager of the Solid State Storage Division of SMART Modular Technologies, a $800MM manufacturer of memory and storage products for the telecommunication, server and storage industry.
Before joining SMART, he worked as the Vice President and General manager of the commercial products division of White Electronic Designs Incorporated, a $100MM manufacturer of memory and storage products used in the communications, industrial and defense marketplace.
Alan was responsible for all aspects of operations, engineering, sales and marketing for this division of White.
He currently holds three US Patents related to packaging and testing of memory devices.
Mr. Gulachenski has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical and Computer Hardware Engineering from Northeastern University.
