Subject: Election of the members of the Audit Committee. Content of the report:

The Management Board of Zakłady Tłuszczowe "Kruszwica" Spółka Akcyjna (hereinafter: the Company) informs that today the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting pursuant to § 14 sec. 2 of the Supervisory Board Regulations, appointed Mr. Paul Pepliński and Ms. Agnieszka Modras to the Audit Committee. The Supervisory Board of the Company entrusted Mr. Paul Pepliński with the function of the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Paul Pepliński also meets the criteria set out in Art. 129 section 1 of the Act of May 11, 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision. Mr. Paul Pepliński and Mrs. Agnieszka Modras were appointed to the Supervisory Board during the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, on August 26, 2020, by the authorized shareholder Koninklijke Bunge B.V. The newly appointed members of the Audit Committee meet the independence criterion. Information on the education, qualifications and professional career of Mr. Paul Pepliński and Mrs. Agnieszka Modras was included in the current report No. 20/2020, published on August 26, 2020.

Legal basis: § 5 point 5 of the reply of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by the issue of donations and periodic data on data regarding non-state law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
