Yun Lee Marine Group Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the provision of vessel chartering services. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Vessel Chartering and Related Services segment is engaged in the provision of vessel chartering services mainly to contractors for construction projects in Hong Kong. These services include time chartering and voyage chartering services. The Ship Management Services segment is engaged in the provision of ship management services for two vessels. They transport the dewatered sludge from Stonecutter Island and other designated sites to the Sludge Facilities located at Nim Wan, Tuen Mun.
