Yuanta Financial Holding Co. Ltd. announced change of chairman of the Members' Council of Yuanta Securities Vietnam. Name and resume of the previous position holder: Mr. Ooi Thean Yat Ronald Anthony /Chairman of Yuanta Securities Asia Financial Services. Reason for the change is resignation. Due to the change of CEO (which has been announced on March 11, 2021), the Members' Council proposed to appoint an Authorized Representative residing in Vietnam to be the Chairman. Mr. Ooi Thean Yat Ronald Anthony remains as an Authortized Representative at Yuanta Securities Vietnam.
