Re-Constitution of the Board of Directors and Board Committees
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of YHI International Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce the following:
- the cessation of Mr Henry Tan Song Kok ("Mr Henry Tan") as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 31 August 2021; and
- the appointment of Mr Hong Pian Tee ("Mr Hong") as an Independent Director of the Company, with effect from 1 September 2021.
The Board would like to express its gratitude and appreciation to Mr Henry Tan for his invaluable contributions to the Company during his tenure of office.
The details of Mr Hong as required under Rule 704(7)(a) of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited Listing Manual are contained in a separate announcement made today.
Following the above changes and with effect from 1 September 2021, the Board of Directors and Board Committees shall be re-constituted as follows:
