YETI Holdings, Inc. announced that On April 24, 2023, Tracey D. Brown, member of the Board of Directors of YETI Holdings, Inc. (YETI" or the
Company"), provided notice of her resignation from the Board of Directors of YETI, effective May 4, 2023, for
reasons related to her other professional responsibilities. Ms. Brown's decision to resign is not the result
of any dispute or disagreement with the Company, the Company's management or the Board of Directors of the
Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. YETI thanks Ms. Brown for
service on the Board of Directors and wishes her well in her other professional endeavors.
YETI Holdings, Inc. is a designer, retailer, and distributor of outdoor products. The Company's product portfolio consists of three categories: Coolers & Equipment; Drinkware, and Other.
