REPAYMENT AND TERMINATION OF BANK FACILITIES

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Yamada Green Resources Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fujian Wangsheng Industrial Co., Ltd. ("Wangsheng"), has fully repaid and terminated the following bank facilities:

1. the multiple credit facility agreement with China Everbright Bank in relation to a credit facility of up to an aggregate principal amount of RMB50.0 million; and
2. the credit facility agreement with Postal Savings Bank of China in relation to a credit facility of up to an aggregate principal amount of RMB15.0 million.

All securities granted in relation to the above facilities have been released. The above facilities have been terminated by Wangsheng as they were no longer required in view of the cash flow generated by the Group's operations.
