STUDENT ENROLMENT AS OF 1 SEPTEMBER 2017

This announcement is made by Wisdom Education International Holdings Company Limited (the ''Company'') on a voluntary basis.

The board of directors of the Company (the ''Board'') is pleased to present the student enrolment of the Company and its subsidiaries and consolidated affiliated entities (collectively the ''Group'') as of 1 September 2017 (together with the comparative figure as of 1 September 2016):

1. The Group's student enrolment by school as of 1 September 2017 (being the commencement date of the 2017/2018 school year) will be disclosed in the Company's annual results announcement for the year ended 31 August 2017, which is expected to be released in November 2017.

2. The Group's total student enrolment as of 1 September 2017 includes the student enrolment of Huanan Shida Yuedong Preparatory School* (華南師大粵東實驗學校) (''Jieyang School'') as of 1 September 2017.

Jieyang School is the Group's newly acquired school which is located in Jieyang, Guangdong province. For details of the acquisition of Jieyang School, please refer to the Company's announcement dated 19 June 2017.
