Revised Dividend Payment Date

Vita Group Limited (ASX: VTG) (Vita) advises of a change to the payment date and the date for the issue of securities under its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the final tranche of the fully-franked Special Dividend of $0.133 cents per share that was announced on Tuesday, 26 April 2022. The payment of the final tranche of the Special Dividend and the issue of securities under the DRP are now scheduled for 13 May 2022 instead of 10 May 2022 to accommodate Vita's share registry's internal processing requirements.

The Record Date and the DRP Election Date remain unchanged. The updated Appendix 3A.1 Notification of dividend / distribution will be released to ASX later today.
