Background/Description of the Disclosure

Please be advised that on July 14, 2022, we received a letter dated July 8, 2022, from the DENR-MGB, approving our request for the restoration of the second renewal of the Exploration Period under MPSA Nos. 092-97-VI and 113-98-VI for a period of two years effective from July 19, 2022 to July 18, 2024 to cover its unused term without prejudice to the application on the renewal/extension of the term of the said MPSAs that may be filed considering that the first 25-year term of the MPSAs shall expire on November 20, 2022 and May 26, 2023, respectively, subject to conditions stated in the letter from DENR-MGB.
