Union Gas Holdings Limited Announces Cessation of Ng Yong Hwee as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Effective 30 June 2021

Union Gas Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in providing fuel products. It has three segments: Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Natural Gas (NG), and Diesel. The LPG segment is engaged in bottling of LPG, sale and distribution of bottled LPG and LPG-related accessories and services to dealers, domestic households, industrial, and commercial customers. The natural gas segment is engaged in the sale and distribution of liquefied natural gas and piped natural gas to commercial customers and retail sale of compressed natural gas (CNG) through a CNG refiling station. The diesel segment is engaged in the sale and distribution of diesel to commercial customers and to vehicles through a diesel refiling station. The NG segment operates a 24-hour fuel station under the Cnergy brand at 50 Old Toh Tuck Road. The station has approximately 14 compressed NG dispensers with two nozzles each and is open to the public.
