and increase 2022 capital budget and preorder the long
lead time equipment approved by the board of directors

shareholders meeting:2022/07/26
2.Content of the investment plan:
The company's board of directors resolution passed to increase
2022 capital budget around NT$0.75 billion,
from around NT$43.536 billion to NT$44.286 billion,
and passed to 2023 capital budget around NT$42.287 billion
(including the long lead time equipment around NT$21.437 billion of the
2022/4/26 announced), and approved preorder around NT$ 3.029 billion of the
long lead time equipment, from around NT$2.645 billion to NT$5.674 billion,
which dock date in 2024.
3.Projected monetary amount of the investment:
Increase around NT$0.75 billion in 2022;
around NT$ 20.85 billion in 2023 and around NT$ 3.029 billion in 2024.
4.Projected date of the investment:NA
5.Source of capital funds:Private capital and bank facility.
6.Specific purpose:
Building factory and improve the capabilities in response to
the operational needs.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:
1.The execution of the aforementioned capital budget and long lead time
equipment purchase operations will be flexibly adjusted according to customer
needs, market conditions and other circumstances, and the actual capex amount
will be determined according to the execution progress and payment terms.
2.The order year of equipment is not same as dock date year,
the preorder amount in 2022 should be approved by the board of directors.
