Under Armour has appointed Shawn Curran as its new chief supply chain officer after working at Gap Inc. for over 30 years. In his new role Curran with oversee Under Armour's end-to-end planning and go-to-market, product sourcing, manufacturing and quality, global vendor base management, distribution and logistics, global customs and trade, warehousing and sustainability. He is joining Under Armour on 16 October 2023 and will report to president and CEO Stephanie Linnartz.

Curran has an extensive fashion background, including spending over three decades of his professional career at US fashion brand Gap Inc. His most recent role at Gap Inc. was as the chief operating officer for Old Navy, where he managed a workforce of over 44,000 associates operating in more than 1,200 stores. In this capacity, he oversaw the full spectrum of operations, encompassing inventory management and sourcing. Curran's tenure at Gap Inc. included various leadership positions across the Gap Inc. brand portfolio, including head of global supply chain for all seven of the company's brands.
