On January 19, 2017, Dmytro Seriozhyn was appointed general manager of Ukrsotsbank. Previously he acted as the first deputy chairman of the management board of Alfa-Bank Ukraine.

'Dmytro Seriozhyn joined our team at a watershed moment and his transfer to us is another part of the global synergy that has already been established between Ukrsotsbank and Alfa-Bank, - head of management board of Ukrsotsbank Tamara Savoshchenko said. - I'm sure that his great experience will help us become an even more innovative bank with clear and transparent processes.'

Dmytro Seriozhyn has two master's degrees and an expansive career in banking. He has been working in Ukraine since February 2012. During 5 years he supervised financial services, treasury and operations on financial markets at Alfa-Bank Ukraine and was responsible for the bank's strategy.

Before arriving to Ukraine Dmytro Seriozhyn held various managerial positions in major Russian banks. For the last 6 years before coming to Ukraine he had been CFO at Alfa-Bank Russia.

'It is a new equally demanding and satisfying step for me to become general manager of a Ukrainian bank with 26-years-long history and a million of customers, - Dmytro Seriozhyn confided, - Now we are going through a crucial period of integration of the two banks, which will soon form the largest private bank in the country. Given the importance of this challenging enterprise for our team and, furthermore, for Ukraine's economy, we will do everything possible to ensure that our successful work facilitates recovery and growth of the Ukrainian economy.'

At the new position Dmytro Seriozhyn will focus on the development of the bank's strategy and its subsequent execution within the overall strategy of the Group, whereas Tamara Savoshchenko will remain chairman of the management board. Thus, the managerial structure of Ukrsotsbank gets aligned with the corporate standard of ABH Holdings S.A. (ABHH), the ultimate shareholder of Ukrsotsbank and Alfa-Bank Ukraine.

In October 2016 the strategic deal on assets exchange between two international groups - UniCredit and ABHН - was signed, prescribing 99.9% of Ukrsotsbank's shares to be transferred to ABHH in exchange for a 9.9% minority stake in the holding.

NOTE

Ukrsotsbank is one of the largest universal banks of Ukraine, operating in the local market since 1990. The bank offers full range of services to individuals and corporate clients.

The renovated Ukrsotsbank emerged on 31 October 2016 as a result of strategic deal whereby 99.9% of Ukrsotsbank shares have been transferred from UniCredit Group to ABH Holdings S.A. (АВНН) in exchange for a minority 9.9% stake in ABHH. Thus, the bank has combined 26-year-old traditions of Ukrsotsbank's client-centric attitude, European quality of service inherent to UniCredit, as well as international banking expertise of ABHH in a number of European countries including CIS. Thanks to the successful synthesis and synergy of the two assets of ABHH in Ukraine, Ukrsotsbank and Alfa-Bank, the banking market of Ukraine will see the rise of a new stronger financial institution. This, in turn, will spur up technological advance, increase efficiency, improve quality of service for the clients, reduce cost of banking services whereas their range will inevitably expand.

The extensive retail network of Ukrsotsbank consists of 237 branches, its headcount reaching nearly 5 thousand employees.
