UKRSOTSBANK AT UniCredit Bank ranked fifth in the ranking of Ukrainian Banker Awards best banks, gaining 6.274 points.
"Credit Agricole Bank was the best according to the consolidated figures. Along with the winner the TOP-5 was formed by Khreschatyk, ING Bank Ukraine, PrivatBank and UniCredit Bank", - says Delo.ua portal rating organizer.
Banks of first and second groups according to NBU classification, except those in which the temporary administration was introduced, took part in voting.
According to the method developed by the organizer, the rating scores were calculated based on the voting of Delo.UA readers, which lasted from 18 November to 15 December; the expert vote, as well as the analysis of the bank's image in the media. When calculating the final score the weight of readers' ballot and experts has been taken for 40% each, and the weight of coverage in mass media, counted by NOKs Fishes analytic company, - for 20%.
Readers of the portal can assess the participants in terms of quality of service, reputation, trust and stability of the model.
The expert jury consisted of representatives of Concorde Capital, ICU group, Asters, GfK Ukraine, Baker&McKenzie, EY in Ukraine, PwC, MasterCard Europe in Ukraine, FinMaidan, NOKs fishes, Gidulyan Company and Korum Group.
Let's remind that the reliability of the bank was previously awarded by Forbes and "Money" magazine ratings.
