Within a pilot study Company took the assessment of retail services of the Ukrainian banks as a basis. The subject matter journalists, representatives of regulatory institutions and stock analysts were the experts. Attracted experts ranged such products as mortgages, car loans, personal loans, consumer loans, card loans, UAH deposits, foreign currency deposits and bank transfers. According to the survey UniCredit Bank received the highest score - 29, 44 - among 25 institutions.
