FOR CENTRALISED PROCUREMENT PROJECT OF

CHINA TELECOMMUNICATION CORPORATION (''CHINA TELECOM'')

IN RESPECT OF POWER CABLES (YEAR 2020)

This is a voluntary announcement made by Trigiant Group Limited (''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'').

The board of directors of the Group is pleased to announce that China Telecom released the bidding results notice (hereinafter referred to as the ''Notice'') on the centralised procurement project in respect to power cables on its bidding website for procurement projects on 7 August 2020, pursuant to which, 江蘇俊知技術有限公司 (Jiangsu Trigiant Technology Co., Ltd.*) (hereinafter referred to as ''Trigiant Technology''), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, is the relevant successful bidder. The details of the successful bid are as follows:

Centralised Procurement Project of China Telecom in respect to Power Cables (Year 2020): Trigiant Technology's bidding price excluding tax is RMB998,654,191.04, and Trigiant Technology is one of the six successful bidders.

China Telecom is a major client of the Group, and this procurement plays an active role in pushing forward with the 5G infrastructure scale and deployment. The publicity period of the Notice was from 8 August 2020 to 10 August 2020. Investors are advised to exercise caution in making decisions and take precautions against investment risks.
